Wills and Estate Planning

Our firm provides services related to the preparation of will, codiciles, testamentary and other trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney and living wills. We take a personal, hands-on approach, working with clients in a relaxed atmosphere to assist them in formulating plans that properly take into account all the family and financial circumstances that make each case unique. We believe that there is no "one size fits all" document that can meet all the needs and concerns of individual clients, but that appropriate documents should be tailored to fit those specific needs.
